Q. Are reservations necessary?
A.  You are not required to a make reservations but it is strongly recommended you do so. To reserve a table, contact the restaurants directly. Restaurants will accept reservations for the Winterlicious prix fixe promotion beginning January 13, 2011.

American Express ® Front Of The Line

American Express® Cardmembers can go to the Front Of The Line® to book early reservations on January 11 and 12 for seatings between January 28 – February 10, 2011*.

*To qualify for Front of The Line, when making reservations, Cardmembers must provide their American Express Card number. Please contact restaurants directly for reservations. Subject to restaurant’s seating capacity.

Q.  My favourite restaurant is fully booked! What should I do?
A.   Call at a later time to see if they have had a reservation cancellation. If your first choice is not available, try another restaurant on the list, you may discover a new favourite!


Q.  Should I cancel my reservation if I can't make it?
A.   Yes. Call and cancel as soon as possible so the restaurant can offer your table to another party.


Q.  What are the hours of operation for the restaurants?
A.   Restaurant hours vary, call ahead to confirm. Keep in mind some restaurants are not open on certain days of the week.


Q.  Which venues are wheel-chair accessible?
A.   Each restaurant and event venue was asked to identify whether their location is fully barrier-free and wheel chair accessible.

Q.  How accurate are the Winterlicious menus posted on this website?
A.   All menus are subject to change. The menus posted on the Winterlicious website are supplied by the individual restaurants and are correct at the time of posting. Due to high demand, some items on the menu may not be available. Substitutions may be necessary.  When a restaurant lets us know about changes, we do our best to update the menus quickly.


Q.  Do I have to order off of the Winterlicious menu during the week of January 28 – February 10, 2011?
A.   Many participating restaurants will be offering their standard menus as well. Check with the restaurant to confirm.


Q.  Are taxes and gratuity included in the prix fixe cost?
A.   Taxes and gratuity are NOT included. Applicable taxes will be charged to your bill. A 15- 20% gratuity is a standard expression of appreciation when dining out. Some restaurants will automatically add a gratuity to your bill, especially for large parties.  You may want to ask about this when you book your reservation.


Q.  Is an American Express card the only form of payment?
A.  No, all participating restaurants accept cash and other major credit cards in addition to the American Express card. Contact the restaurant directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding payment methods.
