Dan Leckie, who served as a school board trustee and City Councillor, devoted his life to building an inclusive and healthy world, and favoured participatory approaches to bringing about change. This approach, along with a warm personality, made Dan a much-loved figure in City circles.
After Dan's death, a trust fund was set up in his honour to further work that Dan would have supported. TAF uses this fund to support an annual forum that both advances TAF's mission and provides a fitting memorial for Dan.
