The Limousine Driver Training Course is a 5-day course designed to develop and/or enhance the skill set of limousine drivers in the City of Toronto. The focus of the course is on providing superior professional customer service to the City's diverse clientele.
The current program includes five days of instruction on topics including Professional Customer Service, Communications, Toronto Tourism, Geography, Route Planning and Municipal Code. Program delivery is based on adult learning principles and includes lectures, class discussion, group work and individual exercises.
Who Must Attend
All individuals who wish to hold a limousine driver's licence in the City of Toronto.
Passing Requirements
In order to successfully complete the course students must:
- meet minimum attendance requirements;
- actively and constructively participate in class discussion and activities; and
- successfully complete the limousine driver exam.

Registration
To register for this program you must attend the offices of Licensing Services in person. The course fee is $315 and the licensing application fee for the year is $350.09. The fee of $62.15 for the First Aid/CPR Course is also payable at the time of registration. All fees are subject to HST.

The Limousine Owner Refresher Training Course is a 2-day course designed to develop and/or enhance the skill set of limousine owners in the City of Toronto. The current program includes two days of instruction on topics including Professional Client Management, Human Rights, Disability Awareness and Municipal Code. Program delivery is based on adult learning principles and includes lectures, class discussion, group work and individual exercises.
Who Must Attend
All limousine owners must complete this refresher training course.
Passing Requirements
In order to successfully complete the course students must:
- meet minimum attendance requirements;and
- actively and constructively participate in class discussion and activities.
