Greenhouse gas and air emissions inventory

City landscape with the CN Tower in the background. Toronto's first ever combined greenhouse gas and air quality emissions inventory was completed in 2007 with help from various partners including the Toronto Atmospheric Fund. Toronto's goal is to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions to 80 per cent of 1990 levels by 2050. The inventory will help measure our progress and identify priorities and strategies to meet our reduction goals. The inventory will be maintained, updated and reported on annually.
