Location filming permit application - download to print form Download and complete the Location filming permit application (PDF). It can be saved on your computer and e-mailed to filmtoronto@toronto.ca or printed and faxed to our office at 416-392-0675.

Prior to submitting your first permit application, you must complete, once only, the Production Information Sheet and/or Music Video Information Sheet.
