Who do I call? 


Toronto Transportation receives timely information regarding situations on our roads from motorists and pedestrians with cellular phones. If you see a traffic signal light that does not work, an unsafe road condition or anything that needs immediate attention, please call the following telephone numbers:

For Transportation Customer Service call: 338-9999.
After-hours calls will be directed to our dispatch office.

  • Malfunctioning traffic signals
  • Damaged or missing traffic signs
  • Potholes
  • Repairs to roads or sidewalks
  • Streets where snow has not been cleared (24 hours following the end of snowfall)
