This is urban alchemy, gracing one of the city's grittiest streets with visions of ballerinas and
potentially transforming a languishing neighbourhood. The use of glass, both as a contrasting
treatment to the historic brick building and as a tablet for public art - in the form of a musical
script - is inspiring.
