During the week of February 1, 2010, the City mailed notices to all tenants receiving water bills advising them that a new Utility Bill Mailing Designate form must be completed and returned prior to March 31, 2010 in order to continue the bill mailing arrangement.
The City will also be mailing a notice to property owners to advise them of this change.
Tenants and property owners must both sign the form. The completed form must be returned by March 31, 2010 to:

If the new forms are not returned by March 31, 2010, any existing mailing arrangement will be cancelled and bills will be mailed to the property owner.
Please note that a fee of $16.00 will apply to each bill mailed to a tenant under the agreement. A copy of the bill will be mailed to the property owner.
