Your Water Billing information as well as extra charges are outlined below. You can also view your water rates and find out how to read your meter.


Water Billing Information
1 cubic metre (m3) = 219.97 imperial gallons
Block 1 = General Water Rate
Block 2 = Industrial Water Rate

Billing Cycle

  • Water accounts using more than 6,000m3 (cubic metres) or 1.25 million gallons of water per year will be read and billed on a monthly basis.
  • Water accounts using less than 6,000m3 (cubic metres) or 1.25 million gallons of water per year will be read and billed on a tri-annual basis (i.e. every four months or three times yearly).


Additional Charges
Some other charges may apply for the following water services:

  • Certificates
  • Consumption statements
  • Collection - field visit
  • Final reads
  • Frozen or missing meter replacements
  • Meter accuracy testing
  • Turn-off/turn-on for repairs
