It's easy to view
video on-line
First, determine
how you connect to the Internet:

If you connect
to the Internet using a modem, your connection speed (or bandwidth)
is relatively low. Select the low-bandwidth version
of the video for viewing. The presentation will run smaller,
but smoother.

If you connect
to the Internet using cable or other high-speed services,
your connection speed (or bandwidth) is relatively high. Select
the high-bandwidth version. The presentation will run larger
and more
clearly.
You'll need
to have a media player to view the movies All streaming video on the City of Toronto web site is available in these formats:

If you
already have one of these players, selecting one of the video
versions
will play the video automatically.

If you
don't have a player, selecting one of the links above will
present you
with an option to download a player.

If you
are located behind a restrictive firewall it may not be possible to
view the video by the rstp or mms streaming protocols.
If that is the case Windows Media and Real Player will
automatically stream via HTTP. This option does not exist for QuickTime.

Quick
Time, Windows Media and RealOne Players are free, safe and
easy to download.
