The facts about door-to-door water testing
Toronto Water does not conduct door-to-door sales of any kind and does not sell, market or endorse any products.
No one coming door-to-door is authorized to make a health-based test on your water; in fact door-to-door water tests do not give realistic conclusions about water safety because water quality tests for bacteria typically require 24 hours for processing.

Toronto's municipal tap water is regularly tested and monitored; it meets and/or exceeds all regulations from the Ministry of the Environment. If you have concerns about the quality of your drinking water call 311 or email Toronto Water and get real information.
