Request a Trailer
- Read the Event Criteria and Selection Process
- Gather all the required information BEFORE beginning the online form, including
- Event name
- Event host (name of company/organization Community group etc.)
- Event location (include street address)
- Event date(s)
- Event time (start & finish)
- Description of event including name and whether event is open to the public or not
- Anticipated number of people per day and general attendee information (e.g. families, children, adults)
- Event contact person including name, daytime number and email
- Site contact person including name, daytime number and email
- HTO to go trailer history with this event, e.g. has there been an HTO to go trailer at this event before?
- Complete and submit the online application form.
Within one week of submitting the request, you should receive acknowledgement of your application and acceptance status.
Please note that a site assessment will be conducted before final confirmation of a trailer's attendance. The HTO to go Water Trailer Program reserves the right to withdraw from an event at any time without compensation to the event or organization that has received confirmation of a Water Trailer presence.
