Drinking Water System Financial Plan
As a condition of the Municipal Drinking Water Licence issued to the City of Toronto on February 17, 2010, under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, Toronto Water has prepared a multi-year Financial Plan (PDF). The Financial Plan for the City of Toronto’s drinking water system has been prepared in accordance with Ontario Regulation 453/07 and was approved by City Council at the July 2010 meeting. The Financial Plan is posted here for public access. Hard copies of the plan can be requested by calling 311.
