The Waterfront Secretariat coordinates the renewal of Toronto's waterfront. The Secretariat liaises with the Waterfront Toronto and the senior government partners and oversees and facilitates all staff processes related to waterfront revitalization.
Within the City, the project requires major participation by virtually all departments and a number of agencies, boards and commissions, such as Toronto Port Lands Company (TPLC), the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA),and Exhibition Place.
