Plant
Wide Odour Control Assessment
The purpose of the study is to investigate and quantify odours due
to wastewater treatment operations at the
Highland Creek Treatment
Plant and to develop conceptual odour mitigation measures.
On September 12, 2005 a
presentation (PDF) was made to the Neighbourhood Liaison
Committee to provide information on the status of the Odour Control
Assessment. Final recommendations were also presented to the Toronto Works Committee and are currently under consideration.
