Once your application has been assessed you will be contacted by a representative of the Yellow Bag Program.

To receive your application package in the mail, call the Yellow Bag Program at 311 or e-mail 311@toronto.ca. You must provide your name, business name, full mailing address (including postal code) and a daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
