The Street Needs Assessment (SNA) is a city-wide event that last took place on April 26, 2018 that combines a census of the number of homeless people in Toronto with a 23-question survey of homeless people. It is performed on a single evening with trained volunteers who are led by experienced Team Leaders. There have been SNAs in 2006, 2009 and 2013.
