Grants for resident-led groups helping inspire neighbourhoods and advance key themes in the Toronto Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy.

Community Crisis Response Fund

Financial assistance for projects that address a specific community crisis and contribute to community healing.

Youth Violence Prevention Grant

Multi-year funding for projects focused on violence prevention and intervention for youth ages 10 to 29.

Identify 'N Impact Grants

Grants of up to $17,000 for grassroots youth-led groups working to advance the City’s Toronto Youth Equity Strategy.

Community Service Partnerships (CSP) Funding

Ongoing support to Toronto’s not-for-profit community-based organizations offering services that strengthen the city’s well-being.
