In-person reviews are available at a City of Toronto Screening Office by appointment only. To book an appointment call the APS Inquiry Line at 416-396-4APS (4277) or log in to the Parking Services lookup tool.
Please note that screening decisions will no longer be provided immediately after an in-person meeting. A screening decision letter will be emailed (or letter mailed in case an email address is not provided) to you within 120 days of your appointment.
