The three-storey modular building includes 44 studio apartments, common rooms, a dining room, program space and administrative offices. This modular building is designed to support people who are exiting homelessness by providing affordable homes with support services. The building opened on January 28, 2021, approximately nine months after being approved by City Council. Watch this video to see what modular supportive housing looks like.
