Supplying Kids with Computers
As part of its efforts to help lower-income families, the kids@computers scholarship initiative provides free computers, printers, one year of Internet access and a basic computer skills orientation to children (ages 8-14) in lower-income families.
Since its inception in 2001, the program has delivered more than 18,000 computers with printers and Internet access to more than 45,000 children and has won numerous public sector awards for its leadership and innovation.
Our immediate goal is to invest in kids@computers in order to enable older children to succeed in high school and overcome the challenges of post-secondary education.
Be a Part of the Success Story
This very vital and inspirational initiative needs continued support to ensure that children can realize their potential and gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s highly competitive digital world.
Become a kids@computers donor or we if you wish, we can create a customized sponsorship package that will put you directly in touch with your target audience. Most important, you’ll be making a positive impact on children and youth by providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
