The Social Development, Finance & Administration Division provides leadership and support to the Deputy City Manager, the Citizen Centred Services “A” Cluster and City Council to:
Through the Social Policy, Analysis, and Research Section, the Community Resources Section and the Financial Management Section, the Division identifies and responds to community social needs, undertaking social planning and trend analysis, and developing social policy responses. The Division also provides financial management, consultation and oversight to programs in the Cluster.
