Facilities Management provides comprehensive maintenance, custodial and repair services to ensure properties within our portfolio are maintained in a safe, clean and functional state to best serve the staff and residents of the City of Toronto. Our total facility portfolio is approximately 436 buildings covering 11.5 million square feet and we ensure all relevant compliance standards and bylaws are met.
- Building heating, ventilation, cooling and lighting inquiries: Respond within two to three days after notification
- Cleaning public areas in City-owned buildings: Daily cleaning of public areas
- Public meeting rooms: Less than seven days down time per annum
