Unless you are filing an anonymous complaint, please complete the complaint form in full and sign it in order to ensure accuracy, transparency and consistency in addressing your concern. Only original copies will be accepted. If you wish to file an anonymous complaint, complete only the Details of the Complaint section on pages two to three.

Your complaint will be quickly addressed by the Director of the Waterfront Secretariat to resolve any concern. You may contact us anonymously but if you chose not to, your comments are treated confidentially.
