Individuals and organizations wishing to invite the Deputy Mayor to an event must submit a formal request by email at Please include the following information:

  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Name of the event
  • Date and time
  • Location
  • A short description of the event including an approximate number of people expected to attend

Please also note that due to a very busy schedule, the Deputy Mayor is not able to accept every invitation. Separate requests are required for Proclamations, Congratulatory Scrolls & Letters of Greeting.
