Nobody’s Perfect program is a free parenting program offered to parents/caregivers:

  • with children between the ages of birth – six years old
  • who are experiencing parenting challenges
  • are able to attend weekly two hour sessions for eight to ten weeks on a regular basis

The program is facilitated in a group setting by Public Health Nurses and/or trained community partners. It is ideal for parents and caregivers with children two to six years of age, however, parents and caregivers with younger children are welcome to attend.

Topics Include:

  • child growth and development
  • child health and safety
  • ways to cope as a parent
  • how to problem solve and understand a child’s behaviour
  • community resources

The Program also Provides:

  • an opportunity for parents/caregivers to connect and support each other
  • Nobody’s Perfect books
  • a certificate of participation
  • childminding
  • TTC tokens provided as needed
