The City of Toronto will be opening new shelters on a staggered schedule starting in late 2018 across the city and will continue through 2019-2020 to meet the goal of adding 1000 new shelter beds to the existing shelter system’s capacity. Mandatory Information Session

There will be a mandatory information session for all organizations interested in applying to operate one of the City’s new shelters. It will outline the application process and apply to all new shelters opening between 2018 and 2020. The application form will only be made available to agencies that attend.
