Hockey Skills / Power Skate - Child

Hockey Skills is an instructional program geared towards skaters who are interested in learning basic hockey skills with a focus on puck handling, skating and game strategies. Program variations may include Hockey Skills - Beginner, Home Ice Hockey and Goalie Skills.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Learn to Skate 1 or able to skate one length of the ice surface.
Mandatory Equipment: CSA approved hockey helmet with full face cage or full visor, a hockey stick, hockey skates, hockey gloves and a neck guard. Full goalie equipment is required for Goalie Skills.

Power Skating is a high-energy instructional conditioning program geared toward all type of skaters which teaches speed, agility and coordination.
Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Learn to Skate 4.
Mandatory Equipment: CSA approved hockey helmet and hockey or figure skates.
