Effective October 10, 2020, some City-run recreation and instructional programs are suspended for the remainder of the year, to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Service changes are outlined on the City's COVID-19 webpage.
So you've learned to swim already, and you're bored of floating in the pool or doing repetitive lengths of the pool. Why not try something new? Toronto offers a wide array of swimming activities which push you out of your confort zone and allow you to experience the water from another point of view. Take a stab at sychronized swimming if you're musically-inclined, or try out some competitive swimming if you like competition. Get out there and have fun!
Visit Swim Lessons and Leadership to find out more about registered swim programs. Pool Closures and Service Alerts will list any disruptions or changes to outdoor pools, indoor pools or wading pools.
