The ShowLoveTO Partner Activation Grant Program is a partnership program designed to amplify, showcase and provide additional support to community organizations who are producing activations across Toronto.

The grant provides one-time funding to community partners, to produce activations across the city that comply with COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and help strengthen the impact of various economic recovery campaigns. This one-time support is based on a formula that considers a maximum of 50 per cent of your ShowLoveTO partner activation budget to a maximum of $25,000. The remainder of budget may be financed by sponsorships, grants, contributions from the partner organization or in-kind contributions.

The recipient must provide a budget, keep and maintain all records, invoices and other documents relating to the funding in a manner consistent with generally accepted accounting principles and clerical practices, and must maintain such records for a period of three years from the date of receipt of the funding.

The allocation of funding is determined by the number of applications received and the funds available within the ShowLoveTO Partner Activation Grant Program. The City of Toronto cannot guarantee funding to all applicants, nor can the City ensure that the total amount requested by a successful applicant will be granted. The decision to fund all or part of an applicant’s request will depend on its alignment with City of Toronto’s strategic priorities, assessment criteria and overall demand for funds in the program.
