All programs are outdoor and may have cardio and/or conditioning components with options for different levels of intensity.

Outdoor Boot Camp

Fitness class that will challenge you to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance levels.

Outdoor Cardio Dance

This class focuses on music and dance movements to create a dynamic and exciting aerobic workout.

Outdoor Cardio High/Low

A cardiovascular workout for all levels with high and low impact options.

Outdoor Cardio HIIT

This class is a cardio and strength combo that provides conditioning in an outdoor setting, using park amenities where feasible.

Outdoor Gentle Fit

A gentle and slow-paced class for all ages and fitness levels, Gentle Fit provides low-intensity level exercise options for cardio and conditioning. Appropriate for people with low bone density or osteoporosis. Some classes have floor work and others use chairs for the conditioning portion.

Outdoor Pilates – Beginner

Fitness class with a slow-paced sequencing of Pilates movements, primarily focusing on awareness of the spine, specific breathing techniques, building core strength and overall flexibility.

Outdoor Pilates – Intermediate

This is an intermediate-level program. It is recommended that participants have some experience. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, specific breathing techniques, building core strength and overall flexibility.

Outdoor Run Fit

This group fitness class involves stationary fitness exercises with intervals of running in the park or field.

Outdoor Stretch and Strength

Improve posture and flexibility by strengthening and stretching the muscles of the body.

Outdoor Stroller Fit

For parents/caregivers and children in strollers. Cardio and conditioning components are included for a full-body workout with options for different levels of intensity.

Outdoor Tai Chi

A style of martial arts that involves uniform smooth motions in sequence. Tai Chi improves flexibility, balance, strength, coordination and mental concentration. Beginner and intermediate levels are available.

Outdoor Walk Fit

Enjoy the outdoors with an instructor-led walk, with breaks to do stationary exercises using your own bodyweight for resistance! Dress appropriately for the weather.

Outdoor Yoga – Beginner

Yoga class introducing a variety of Hatha Yoga poses that promote flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques.

Outdoor Yoga – Intermediate

Yoga class focusing on a series of intermediate postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles at an intermediate level.

Outdoor Yoga/Pilates Fusion

This class combines the benefits of Yoga and Pilates. Learn the fundamentals of proper breathing and correct body alignment in a relaxing atmosphere. This class encourages strong abdominals, a supple spine and overall flexibility.

Outdoor Yoga: Family

This Yoga class is designed for parents to participate together with their child(ren) as a family.

Outdoor Zumba and Zumba Gold

This is a fun, Latin-inspired cardio dance class. Zumba Gold is for older adults 60+.
