A new City-run clinic has opened at Metro Hall (see details below), replacing the clinic at Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Masking is required when attending health care appointments, including at hospital, pop-up and City-run clinics.
Note: Students in grades 7 to 12 can book for school-based vaccination appointments (Hepatitis B, HPV and Meningococcal vaccines) being offered at City-run clinics.

Each of the five City-run clinics is open five days a week for booked appointments and walk-in visits.
Residents can book an appointment online or call the Provincial booking system at 1-833-943-3900 (TTY 1-866-797-0007).
Pfizer, Moderna and Novavax vaccines are available at City-run clinics. First, second, third and fourth doses are available for eligible groups.
A health card is not needed, however individuals must bring some form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued ID (including non-Canadian and expired documents) such as a driver’s licence or passport, a piece of mail with your name on it, a pay stub or a student card.
First Nations, Métis and Inuit individuals, including non-Indigenous partners and household members, are encouraged to contact Indigenous-supported clinics.

The clinic is located inside the Hudson’s Bay store at Woodbine Mall. Enter through the entrance on the second level.

Parking: Parking is available at the mall. The parking located outside the Hudson’s Bay store is closest to the clinic.
All City-run clinics are able to offer accommodation. Each clinic has parking near the entrance, ramps, elevators, and wheelchairs. Staff are also on site at each clinic to support as necessary. Clients who need a care provider or service animal with them will be accommodated. There are also privacy rooms available upon request.
If you require an accommodation, alert a staff member upon arrival or at any time while at the clinic.
You may also request an accommodation ahead of your appointment by filling out the Vaccine Accommodation Survey. You will be asked the date and time of your vaccination appointment, and a public health nurse will contact you within two business days to confirm the details of your request.
