CANADA AND PARTICIPATED IN THE COMMONWEALTH
FENCING CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Requesting the East York Community Council to provide financial support to assist in covering expenses associated with his participation in the Commonwealth Fencing Championships as there was no funding available from the Canadian Fencing Association and all expenses were the personal responsibility of the fencers.
