Appointments to Board of Management
of the Toronto Zoo.
The Urban Environment and Development Committee recommends the adoption of the following report (January 22, 1998) from the General Manager, Toronto Zoo:
Recommendations:
It is recommended that the following be appointed to the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for an 18-month term, commencing January 1, 1998:
- Mr. David LaFayette;
- Mr. Peter Evans;
- Mr. David Warren; and
- Dr. Donald Layne.
Background:
The Zoological Society of Metropolitan Toronto nominated the above-noted candidates to the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo at its meeting of the Board of Directors on January 14, 1998.
