		Thistletown Multi-Service Centre Board of Directors The Etobicoke Community Council recommends that Councillor Bruce Sinclair, Rexdale-Thistletown, be appointed as the Etobicoke Community Council representative on the Board of Directors for the Thistletown Multi-Service Centre. The Etobicoke Community Council reports have received the following communication (April 23, 1998) from Councillor Elizabeth Brown, Rexdale-Thistletown: I would like to bring to the attention of the members of Etobicoke Community Council my intentions to step down from the Thistletown Multi-Service Centre Board of Directors. Because of time constraints on my schedule, I feel that I will not be able to fulfill my commitment to this Board. Please be advised that Councillor Bruce Sinclair has expressed an interest in serving on the Thistletown Board and I would recommend that Council approve his appointment.
