		City of Toronto & Hullmark Developments Ltd. Dedication of Land as View Green Crescent The Etobicoke Community Council recommends: (1)the enactment of a by-law to establish certain lands as a municipal highway within the City of Toronto, to be known as View Green Crescent; and (2)receipt of the following communication (May 27, 1998) from the City Solicitor, Etobicoke District: Enclosed please find a draft Bill regarding the above matter. We also enclose Mr. Bedard's letter regarding dedication of same. Kindly include the Bill on the agenda for the next Community Council. (Copies of the enclosures referred to in the foregoing communication were forwarded to all Members of Council with the agenda of the Etobicoke Community Council Meeting of June 24, 1998.)
