Forwarding a letter from the Warren Park Ratepayers Association regarding dogs running
loose in the parklands by the Humber River and on dog owners who do not clean up after their
pets; and requesting that staff report on the feasibility of installing containers specifically to
facilitate the owners of dogs who scoop up after their animals.
