Forwarding a petition signed by area residents requesting that the application for a liquor licence for the Madeira Café be
refused due to (1) the establishment is in close proximity to school; (2) there is limited parking available; and (3) that it
undermines the community safety efforts; and advising that the impact of this liquor licence with or without a patio area is
an area with the petitioners who should be allowed to comment and look forward to their views.
