Advising that the tree in front of 198 Winnett Avenue is an undesirable specie dripping sap on the car parked on the front
yard parking space; that staff have indicated that the tree is healthy; that the owner is willing to accept a larger caliper tree
on the front lawn and to pay part of the cost; and requesting that the Community Council support this proposal.
