(1) (2) and (3) embodied in the confidential report (April 26, 1999) from the City Solicitor, respecting an appeal of Interim Control By-law No. 1997-0321 - Ontario Municipal Board, which was forwarded to Members of Council under confidential cover. (Councillor Betty Disero declared her interest in the foregoing matter in that she is currently involved in a law suit in regard thereto.)
