		Authority: Administration Committee Report No. 8, Clause No. 11, as adopted by City of Toronto Council on December 14, 15 and 16, 1999 Enacted by Council: March 2, 2000 CITY OF TORONTO Bill No. 106 BY-LAW No. -2000 To amend By-law No. 888-1999 respecting By-law No. 380-74 of the former City of Toronto with respect to pensions and other benefits. The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. By-law No. 888-1999, being a by-law "To amend further By-law No. 380-74 of the former City of Toronto with respect to pensions and other benefits", is amended by striking out clause 1(d) thereof and substituting therefor the following: "(d) by striking out the part of subsection 15(2) thereof preceding paragraph a) and substituting therefor 'The Committee shall, subject to subsection (6) and Section 15A, be composed of'". 2. This by-law shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of December, 1999. ENACTED AND PASSED this 2nd day of March, A.D. 2000. Deputy Mayor City Clerk
