BY-LAW No. -2000
To exempt part of the lands commonly known as 65 to 81 Drewry Avenue, being certain lots within Plan of
Subdivision 66M-2343 (formerly City of North York), from the provisions of subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act.
WHEREAS authority is given to Council by subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, to
pass this By-law.
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. That subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, shall not apply to the lands described in
Schedule "A"; and
2. That this By-law shall expire twelve months from the day of its passage by Council.
