CITY OF TORONTO

Bill No. 107

BY-LAW No. -2000

To exempt part of the lands commonly known as 65 to 81 Drewry Avenue, being certain lots within Plan of Subdivision 66M-2343 (formerly City of North York), from the provisions of subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act.

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, to pass this By-law.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. That subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, shall not apply to the lands described in Schedule "A"; and

2. That this By-law shall expire twelve months from the day of its passage by Council.

ENACTED AND PASSED this 2nd day of March, A.D. 2000.

SCHEDULE "A"

In the City of Toronto (formerly in the City of North York) and Province of Ontario, being composed of Blocks 6 and 7 on Plan 66M-2343 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Metropolitan Toronto (No. 66).
