                                         CITY OF TORONTO

                                       BY-LAW No. 961-1998

To lay out and dedicate for public highway purposes certain land extending southerly and westerly
from Queen Street East, opposite Kingston Road, to form part of Eastern Avenue; to assume certain
 land, identified as Eastern Avenue, laid out and dedicated by Plan 66M-2311, for public highway
  purposes, to form part of Eastern Avenue; and to assume certain land, identified as Block 151,
laid out and dedicated by Plan 66M-2311, for public highway purposes to form part of Queen Street
                                              East. 

        The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

        1.     Certain land  extending southerly  and westerly  from Queen  Street East,  opposite
Kingston Road, described by Wally Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows:

               In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of;

               FIRSTLY:       (Land Titles Office)

                       Part of Parcel 153-2 in the Register for Section 66M-2311.

                       Being Block 153 on Plan 66M-2311 registered in the Land Registry Office for
                       the Land Titles Division of Metropolitan Toronto (No. 66).

               SECONDLY:      (Land Registry Office)

                       Parts of Lots 7  and 8, in the Broken  Front Concession, in the  Geographic
                       Township of York,  designated as PART 3 on Plan  64R-16041 deposited in the
                       Land  Registry  Office  for  the  Metropolitan  Toronto  Registry  Division
                       (No. 64).

                       Included within the  said PART 3 is a  portion of Eastern Avenue  closed by
                       By-law 5347 (21327T).

        is laid out and dedicated for public highway purposes to form part of Eastern Avenue.

        2.     Certain land,  identified as  Eastern Avenue  and laid  out and  dedicated on  Plan
66M-2311, described by Wally Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows:
                       Part of Parcel Streets-1 in the Register for Section 66M-2311.
                       Being composed of Eastern  Avenue on Plan 66M-2311  registered in the  Land
                       Registry  Office  for  the Land  Titles  Division  of Metropolitan  Toronto
                       (No. 66).

                       In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario.

is assumed for public highway purposes to form part of Eastern Avenue.

        3.     Certain land, identified  as Block 151,  and laid  out and  dedicated on Plan  66M-
2311, described by Wally Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows:

                       Parcel 151-1 in the Register for Section 66M-2311.

                       Being composed  of  Block 151  on  Plan  66M-2311 registered  in  the  Land
                       Registry Office for the  Land Titles Division of Metropolitan  Toronto (No.
                       66).

                       In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario.

is assumed for public highway purposes to form part of Queen Street East.

        4.     Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this By-law come into effect November 2, 1998.

        ENACTED AND PASSED this 17th day of  December, A.D. 1998.
