The middle row of the semi circle contains 20 seats. The rightmost table has 6 seats and is by used by City Staff specifically, from the left to the right, the City Manager, the Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer, City Solicitor, Deputy City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and the last seat is unassigned.
