The Interview Subcommittee for the Board of Health recommends to the Civic Appointments Committee that:

1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Board of Health, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2018 and until successors are appointed:

2. City Council appoint Angela Kennedy as the education representative on the Board of Health, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 30, 2018, and until a successor is appointed.

3. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 20, 2015) remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Board of Health.

The Interview Subcommittee for Board of Health will interview and recommend candidates to the Civic Appointments Committee for appointment to the Board of Health.
