The Interview Subcommittee for Toronto Parking Authority recommends to the Civic Appointments Committee that:
1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on July 7, 2021, and until successors are appointed:

2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 29, 2017) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board. |

| Summary |
City Council needs to appoint two public members to serve on the Toronto Parking Authority Board.
