The Board of Directors of TO Live authorize the public release of the confidential information contained in revised Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live once adopted by the Board and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, and direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential.
