Anyone involved in the following work must obtain a licence:
Engaged in the business of plumbing and heat installation.
Anyone who makes and/or repairs plumbing installations.
Anyone who installs warm air, hot water or steam heating equipment.
Skilled in planning, supervising and installing of plumbing.
Installing and connecting warm air, hot water or steam heating equipment of any kind, including air conditioning and ventilating systems
