Sign up for property tax bill and utility bill delivered to your own safe, secure epost™ account. You can also access epost™ through your financial institution where you can view your bills and pay your bills online.

You will receive your interim, final and/or supplementary/omitted property tax and utility bills through epost™. Property Tax Account Statements, Transfer to Tax, Final Notice, and correspondence will continue to be mailed through traditional mail delivery service.

Property Tax

If you want to set up the City of Toronto – Property Tax as a mailer on your epost™ account, you will need to refer to your most recent property tax bill for specific information.

  • Full 21 digit assessment roll number, including all digits.
  • Property address as it is printed on your bill. For example, if your property address is 123 Anywhere Blvd, your epost™ request will be rejected if you enter 123 Anywhere Boulevard.

Utility Bill

If you want to set up the City of Toronto – Utility Bill as a mailer on your epost™ account, you will need to refer to your most recent utility bill for specific information.

  • Full 20 digit account number and client number, including all zeros.
  • Property address as it is printed on your bill. For example, if your property address is 123 Anywhere Blvd, your epost™ request will be rejected if you enter 123 Anywhere Boulevard.

Changes Updated on Your Account

If you change or update your ownership information on your property tax or utility account you may affect your epost™ subscription. You may be required to subscribe again if:

  • you have purchased or sold a property.
  • you are a tenant/agent and authorized to receive the utility bill (as a Designate Mailer), and you have moved.
