Hours of Operation
Weekdays: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
First time booking space at a Civic Centre:

|Council Chamber||389||A.V. equipment includes: built-in LCD projection unit for presentations and projection screen. Microphone and podium for presenter and audience. Built-in desk and microphones.|
|Members Lounge||120||Theatre-style seating for 120 people. More configurations are available.|
|Ground Floor||Used for display purposes, charitable events, etc.|
|Committee Room 1||36||Hollow-square seating for 30 people, gallery seating for 6.|
|Committee Room 2||19||Seating for 19 people in a fixed T-Shape configuration.|
|Committee Room 3||71||Fixed seating for 20 at desks, 11 chairs at outer tables, gallery seating for 40 people. Room has a podium microphone, desk microphones, projector and screen.|
|Committee Room 4||34||Boardroom-style seating for 34 people.|
